All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was received, or
  • The product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping.

Any issue must be reported within [3–7] days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the packaging and product.

We are not responsible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Scent preference dissatisfaction
  • Minor cosmetic variations
  • Damage caused by improper candle use or storage
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
