Terms of Service

Orders & Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Mystic Hollow Designs LLC (herein after referred to as MHD) are handmade and made to order. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, slight variations in color, scent, appearance, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that products are custom-produced upon purchase and may require processing time before shipment.

All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was received, or
  • The product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping.

Any issue must be reported within [3–7] days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the packaging and product.

We are not responsible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Scent preference dissatisfaction
  • Minor cosmetic variations
  • Damage caused by improper candle use or storage
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Processing & Shipping

Orders will begin processing within 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the website or during high-volume sales periods.

Shipping time frames provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MHD is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or delivery issues outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles are an open-flame product and must be used responsibly.

By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines, including:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials
  • Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
  • Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
  • Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains
  • Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn

MHD is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

Use products at your own risk.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, botanicals, dyes, waxes, or other ingredients that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before purchase. If you have allergies, sensitivities, asthma, or other medical concerns related to scented products, please use caution and consult a medical professional prior to use.

MHD is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
